What drew you to Hydra?
We were based in Athens for work and had a chance to take a quick getaway with time off of work. We chose Hydra because it’s a quick ferry ride from Athens and we wanted a low key Greek island. Hydra is very natural and peaceful, being car free adding to the charm.

Where to eat
We loved Kamin for coffee & breakfast. The best Freddo espresso! Kodylenia Tavern was a great place for dinner with a view. Karamela sweet shop has the most incredible baked goods and ice cream.
What to do
Spend the day relaxing at one of the many beautiful beaches, aperol spritz’s & swimming at Castello bar, order take out and enjoy dinner with a sunset swim, rent a boat for the day and travel around the island (this is a must) so many beautiful sights and beaches. Must stop at Aglios Nikolaos beach for lunch, a paloma, and a swim.

What to pack for a trip to the Greek islands?
If you go in mid summer pack light! It’s very hot, although it’s known to get quite windy in the summer. You’ll mostly only need bikinis, a sarong, and a few outfits for going out to dinner.
What was your favorite Islands look you brought along?
Although I loved them all, the Belle The Label bikini is one of my favorite suits I own. I have it in 3 colors! It’s so flattering, plus it was fun matching the water.
