Orders are eligible for a full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping fees) if product(s) are returned within a 14 day period after the date that your order was delivered.

Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

• Home & beauty products
• Gift cards

All return shipping fees are the customers responsibility.

Please neatly repackage your items including receipt or online order confirmation that came with your purchase. For exchanges, please list the size/color you wish to exchange for.
