Return / Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase from us at Islands. More than anything, we want you to love your purchased pieces.

Website orders are eligible for a full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping fees), If product(s) are returned within a 14 day period after the date that your order was delivered.

Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

Returns after 14 days, will be issued a credit for the returned amount.

SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return/refund/exchange/store credit.

The following items CANNOT be returned:

Final Sale/Discounted items - including; items purchased with a discount/promo code

• Jewelry

• Swimwear

• Home & Beauty products

Please neatly repackage your items including receipt or online order confirmation that came with your purchase. All return shipping fees are the customers responsibility. At this time we do not supply any return shipping labels, unless a product is damaged.
